In 2002, Andreas co-founded the agency : HENKELHIEDL with Bärbl Hiedl, setting a benchmark in design where aesthetics are never secondary. Prior to this venture, he honed his craft as Art Director at Elephant Seven in Hamburg (1996–1999) and as Creative Director at Pixelpark in Berlin (1999–2003), experiences that continue to influence his visionary approach at Tshakka.
